01.Our Role
- We act as a trip coordinator and facilitator.
- We do not own or operate transport services or accommodation facilities directly.
02.Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Seats are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- Prices and inclusions are clearly mentioned on each trip details page.
03.Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 3 days or more before the trip: Eligible for partial refund.
- Cancellations within 3 days: No refund applicable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
04.Participant Responsibility
- Participants must follow rules and instructions from the trip captain.
- Any damage to property or misconduct is the sole responsibility of the participant.
- Personal belongings are the participant's responsibility.
05.Changes & Force Majeure
- Trips may be modified due to weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
- In such cases, decisions made by Better Days will be final.
